Please fill out the following forms for Registration (you will need to double click on the Reg&Health link, print out the forms, and after filling the forms out please return them to the Middle School office. Remember Middle School Registration is at the parents convenience. The only suggestion would be to call the Middle School (538-5175) before coming in to register to make sure someone is there to register you. The fees for Middle School will be $28.00. Please pay when you register. |
